80s Jeff

As a co-founder of The Ugly Couch Show and The Geek Shock Podcast, 80s Jeff’s background is wide-ranging: former Quark’s bartender, fan of all things geek/nerd culture, cinephile, photographer, videographer, collector, technophile, his geek is strong.

The origin of the 80s Jeff nickname is much sillier than one would imagine. A friend of 80s Jeff used to frequently call and message 80s by accident, immediately realizing that he had contacted the wrong Jeff. In order to separate the two names in his phone, he assigned both Jeffs nicknames. The other Jeff became Caveman Jeff and your podcast host became 80s Jeff, due to his love of the pop culture he was exposed to in his formative years.
